I had an iced wintermelon milk tea with boba that they veganized. It was good, but even at 75% sweetness, it was still pretty sweet. If I go back, I'd do 50%. The staff was efficient and helpful. The shop is pretty sparsely decorated with verrrry basic chairs/tables. It's not really a comfortable place to hang out and chat. No fault of the cafe's, but the area is interesting and we witnessed both police and ambulance activity while we were there. Be mindful if going alone or at night.
Good boba place that's open later than others! The tea had a nice strong flavor to it and the boba was a nice consistency with some sweetness to it as well. The shop is nice and has plenty of seating! My only complaint is that when we went in recently the shop felt super humid and sticky, even sitting waiting for drinks was too much. Can't imagine what it's like for the workers!
Cloud Tea is a solid pace to get boba in the Spring Valley area (Buffalo and Flamingo), inconspicuously located on side of a grocery store plaza (Cardenas but previously Smiths). The drinks have good flavor, texture, and are reasonably priced. The milk teas are definitely on the milky side, and have a satisfyingly creamy thickness to them that I love! I always order the cloud cap with my milk teas, which is like a salty cream/foam topping, and they top the drinks with a cute design. My favorites are the brown sugar milk tea and the cantaloupe green tea. The taro milk tea didn't have that strong of a taro flavor. The drinks are pretty sweet however, so adjust accordingly. Service is always friendly, but drinks can take a while to be made if they are busy as there are only 1-2 people working at a time, but it's worth the wait! The inside is clean, has lots of seating, and they have board games to play. Overall 4.5/5 stars!
